JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst for our client in Columbus, IN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $23/hr 1st Shift: 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch, 40 hours per week Job Description Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: o Analyze financial information to support management reports, forecasts, and plans. o Coordinate customer inquiries and associated processes. o Prepare journal entries, invoices, and other accounting documentation. o Supports other daily financial processes such as purchase requisitions and invoicing o Manage project data updates within the Project Planning Tool. Education/Experience: o Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred. o 2 years financial and/or accounting experience Required Skills o Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking o Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time o Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses o Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles and reporting of financial data o Previous experience with applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Must Have: o Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking o Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time o Basic ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses o Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles and reporting of financial data o Previous experience with applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline - REQUIRED Experience: 2 years financial and/or accounting experience | |
