JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Warehouse Associate for our client in Concord, NC! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour 1:30 pm - 10:30p (Tuesday ? Saturday) This role has a focus on checking in drivers. Must have pallet jack or forklift experience. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the check-in process for drivers who have completed their routes, ensuring the accurate recording and processing of returned products, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Check-in drivers upon completion of routes, verifying returned products and ensuring proper documentation. Identify and report missed collections, coordinating with Credit Services as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety protocols during the return process, liaising with Food Safety personnel for any issues. Inspect returned products to determine restocking appropriateness and manage credit processing. Accurately document reasons for returns and damaged products, assigning appropriate codes. Count and verify returned items, ensuring quantities match the records. Stage and process returned products for inventory re-entry promptly. Collaborate with various departments to address delivery exceptions and discrepancies. Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts as needed for efficient material handling. Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience with pallet jacks and/or forklifts. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interaction with customers and associates. Ability to handle routine reports and correspondence. | |
