Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take on challenges that make a real impact? Join us as the IT Finance Manager, reporting directly to the Sr IT Finance Manager supporting the office of the CIO.

What You'll Do

Lead the development and execution of IT Financial Management operations, ensuring effective management and reporting of the IT budget.
Drive continuous improvement in budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
Collaborate with the IT Leadership Team, providing data-driven analysis for wise investment decisions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Finance Team, ensuring compliance with corporate finance policies.
Conduct in-depth conversations with finance teams on accounting policies, practices, and techniques as they apply to our IT processes.
Influence IT leaders with your financial acumen.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information, recommending further courses of action.
Advise on investment activities, minimizing financial risk.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and actual performance compared to business plans.
Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
Identify cost-reduction opportunities through reviews and evaluations.
Oversee finance department operations, setting goals and objectives.
Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Working knowledge of statutory legislation and regulations.
Professional qualification such as CFA CPA or similar preferred.
