JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Sales Center Shipper for our client in Cromwell, CT! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour 6:00PM - 3:00AM The Sales Center Shipper is responsible for various distribution operations of baked goods and other products at our Sales Centers. They are accountable for ensuring the proper count and verification of all incoming and outgoing product loads. The tasks include loading and unloading products, sorting, staging, inventory adjustments in computer systems, and maintaining cleanliness in the Sales Center. The shipper must follow all safety procedures while working around various chemicals and equipment. To apply for the position, you must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and 0-3 years of shipping experience is preferred. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, stack and unstack products, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods, climb, perform repetitive motions, and work in a loud and hot environment. Additionally, you must have good written and oral English language communication skills. The position requires the ability to work 8+ hour shifts, irregular and/or rotating shifts, including split days off (non-consecutive days off), and work on holidays and weekends (frequently required). Before employment, you must pass a pre-employment background check. You must also wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while working. | |
