JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Warehouse Administrator for our client in Middletown! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.50/Hour Shift: 11 PM to 7:30 AM with a 30-minute break. Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's team as a Warehouse Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing administrative and office support to our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include implementing effective systems, procedures, and policies, as well as monitoring and managing various administrative projects. Primary Responsibilities: Process warehouse receiving paperwork with accuracy and efficiency. Schedule and coordinate receiving appointments to optimize workflow. Enter data, including reporting, inventory adjustments, and stock in/out, ensuring data integrity. Respond to incoming supply, receiving, or purchasing calls in a professional and timely manner. Conduct weekly audits of stocked items and perform annual physical inventory checks. Maintain a physical inventory of materials, ensuring accuracy and organization. Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to determine purchasing needs for the supply department and place orders. Assist in labeling materials stored in the warehouse and preparing items for shipment. Generate invoices for supply orders and handle credit card purchases, maintaining a detailed log. Verify and reconcile packing lists, received goods, and purchase orders, completing necessary paperwork. Process receiving reports and maintain a database of customer-specific inventory. Update and maintain computerized pricing of inventory. Assist in forecasting equipment needs for efficient warehouse operations. Record and address verbal/written complaints from customers, implementing corrective actions and providing recommendations to management. Handle telephone inquiries and orders directed to the counter with professionalism and efficiency. Job Requirements: Experience: Previous administrative experience. Familiarity with a warehouse/distribution environment. Skills/Requirements: Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures and terminology. Knowledge of WESCO policies, systems, and procedures concerning purchasing, inventory, quality, and administration. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Working Environment: General Office - Work is performed within an office environment, utilizing standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature conditions are adequate, with no hazardous or unpleasant factors caused by noise or dust. Some physical requirements may include excessive bending or stooping, and occasional ladder climbing. Mental Requirements: Communication with the public is a fundamental aspect of the role.
