Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include

Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing top notch assistance and support.

Weekly settlement of Company-owned and IDP Independent DSD Partners routes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Conducting in-depth audits to combat theft and inaccuracies, ensuring the integrity of our operations.

Managing data tasks related to IDP settlements and day-to-day account management, including collections and payments.

Documenting call details into Service Now, with the ability to handle a call volume ranging from 30 to 50 calls a day.
