Job Title: Analyst Location: New York, NY 10003 Schedule Hybrid at this time 3 days in the office M-F 7:00 AM -3:30 PM Pay Range: $30-37.00/hr Distributed Energy Services is seeking a Contractor whom can furnish supervision and labor to process customer applications and documents for new Electric Vehicle (EV) charger projects as well as Distributed Energy Resources (DER) projects and its interconnection service request in a reasonable and expeditious manner for the Distributed Energy Services Department. This includes following: Light-Duty PowerReady (Make Ready) Incentive Program, the Customer Service Procedure (CSP) 4-0-5, CSP 4-1-2, CSP4-0-10, and using software applications which will be provided to the contractor by Con Edison. Such software applications are: CPMS, CIS, and Visions mapping system. In order to prepare service determinations and progress the projects, the Worker shall be required to review work requests for new EV and DER installation services. Con Edison will supply the work requests to the Worker, and Con Edison will "triage" these work requests to ensure that the Temporary Worker has enough information to perform the service determinations and other tasks. The Temporary Worker shall then be required follow CSP4-0-5, CSP 4-1-2, CSP 4-0-10 and mapping systems in order to make a determination on the service required to meet the customer's requirements. Distributed Energy Services is seeking for a Contractor Worker whom can provide/demonstrate following: 1. Provide Resumes or bios with their prior work references 2. Demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and understands the vital importance of personal accountability 3. Must be highly motivated, energetic, goal oriented, extremely customer-focused, and demonstrate a strong Commitment to Excellence. 4. Have strong written and oral communication skills and effective interpersonal skills. 5. Be able to exercise independent judgment, and possess the ability to render sound business decisions attaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Be able to successfully build business relationships, flexible, detail oriented, and should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Having a college degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business preferably with three to five (3-5) years of relevant work experiences include project management. 8. Have computer knowledge in MS Office Suite. 9. Be able to work 40 hrs/week from 7 am to 3:30 pm 10. Support additional tasks as req | |
