Weekly Pay! $49.71/Hour Shift Timings : 8AM-5 PM hours may be shifted on occasion based on project deadlines, etc. Summary: The Communications Specialist contract role will support communications for both enterprise-wide and innovation locations in order to drive awareness and alignment around Care Transformation and Innovation (CT&I), digital transformation and a culture of innovation. ability to lift 25 pounds In this position you will: Collateral support: writing, editing, formatting materials in preparation for graphic design. Include but not limited to: Leadership guideline elements: posters, flyers, various Acquiring production estimates and ordering product CT&I one sheets, ?cheat sheet? mini/pocket-booklets on CT&I, etc. Collateral traffic control: reviewing/staying on top of deadlines, shepherding projects as liaison/support with designer and production companies, updating CT&I Communications of any bottlenecks or troubleshooting. Weekly assembly and production of communication packages for CT&I innovation sites Facilitation of meetings and liaising with facility communications directors Maintaining CT&I?s consent forms, review/coordination of photos Requirements: 5-10+ years of experience The ideal contractor should be a creative self-starter with excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills. They should have the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, review and create compelling messages, and manage multiple projects. The successful contractor must be an experienced professional with a passion for healthcare communications and an eye for innovation. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team and demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. | |
