Join our team as a Medical Inspector/ Packager in Swanton, VT, where you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training to become proficient in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of various measuring equipment. Key Responsibilities: *Read and understand information on route cards and blueprints for each order processed. *Wash and dry products to prepare for final inspection. *Inspect finished products for visual defects through lot-sampling. *Perform buffing/deburring operations to attain product conformance. *Package and label various medical burr blanks. *Utilize various programs for basic data entry, inventory processes, and file access. *Place packaged products in correct inventory locations. *Adhere to company policies, ergonomic standards, and safety requirements. Qualifications: *Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions. *Mechanical inclination is preferred. *Basic computer skills; ability to operate in both Windows and non-Windows formats. *Effective written and oral communication skills. *Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. *Quality-oriented with attention to detail. *Familiarity with LEAN principles and waste elimination is a plus. *Must be 18 years of age. *Employment contingent upon satisfactory completion of criminal background investigations and passing a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.
