Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only Required Experience: 1 year Step Down/PCU MUST BE FLU VACCINATED TO BE SUBMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS Other: To ensure patient safety it is mandatory that all licensed co-workers who provide direct patient care pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities.
