Weekly Pay! $25.38/Hour Shift: 8:00 - 4:00 Education & Experience: 4-year degree in biomedical, chemistry, or sciences preferred (0-2 years' experience) 2-year degree accepted with 8+ years' experience Master's degree acceptable Responsibilities: Join a dynamic team in postmarket surveillance. Your focus will be on file management, documentation, and managing complaints, particularly in the medical device field. Key Duties: Assess and own complaints, ensuring thorough evaluation Collaborate with Client Field Reps on procedure-related complaints Utilize ETQ, the main vendor for complaint management Determine reportability to the FDA Complete FDA Medical Device Reporting (MDR) and other regulatory reports Qualifications: Strong preference for candidates with biomedical, chemistry, or sciences background Lab experience is a plus Complaint handling experience is highly valued Familiarity with ETQ or any complaint management system is preferred Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook for daily communication Interview Process: Expect a virtual interview with the hiring manager and potentially other team members. Interviews will be scheduled this week. Potential for Conversion: There's potential for conversion based on business needs. | |
