JobRus.com is looking for a Server Information Technologist Specialist Technician Support for the city of Industry, Ca Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned): Demonstrate commitment to core values by leading, acting, and behaving in a manner consistent with these values. Understand and follow company safety and quality policies and procedures. Understand production goals and follow work instructions. Interact with the ERP system to enter notes and order status. Assemble or disassemble Server/PC products. Configure Desktop and Server systems to customer requirements. Follow Build Documents and request changes to the documents as needed. Inspect and test Server/PC products according to specific testing procedures. Load image and Operating System (OS). Install software patches, and update BIOS and drivers. Configure any RAID Level and IPMI. Conduct failure analysis on failed systems to detect issues with HW and SW Communicate with supplier technical departments to troubleshoot technical issues. Resolve and communicate issues with Sales and Engineering Resume needed Pay Rate DOE | |
