Weekly Pay! $25.50/Hour Position Overview This individual reports to and supports the respective Marcom Managers of XP and EWS. The ideal candidate should showcase outstanding operational and project management abilities. Effective communication and writing skills are as imperative as demonstrating resourcefulness, the ability to tackle challenges proactively and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization. The MarCom Specialist assists in the development of marketing communication materials in addition to coordinating routine projects in support of marketing plans and programs aimed at creating awareness, engagement, and lead generation. They assist with the maintenance of electronic libraries, the marketing asset regulatory approval process, internet and intranet development, presentations, and trade shows. The preparation of routine reports and various other documents to measure marketing communications effectiveness also falls into the realm of responsibility for this role. Responsibilities Creating digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches. Maintaining the US Intranet and Internet pages for XP and EWS using a content management system and SharePoint tools. Managing operational tools, including the regulatory review process and requests for creative services and other channel partners. Maintaining content libraries and ensures usability for sales Managing and executing internal communication projects such as internal newsletter. Communicating proactively and regularly with various stakeholders across the organization about project statuses and expectations Background Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Experience with Microsoft 365 apps a plus. | |
