JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a BI Reporting Lead for our client in Milwaukee, WI! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $109.62/Hour As the BI Reporting Lead, the worker will have the following responsibilities. Gather requirements for data marts, reporting and KPI generation, definition, and analysis for client?s business health check, business processes, and/or revenue improvement. Interpret and act upon multiple reporting and analytical requests to ensure that data sets, data ingestion, curation and any system development is coordinated. Align multiple requirements to ensure data and development is optimized for maximum benefit. Collaborate with client executives, technical teams, and cross functional stakeholders to understand, gather and organize data, analyze, and define KPIs. Provide explanations to stakeholders on calculations, calculation frequencies, conceptualize and articulate the value of KPIs already in place, and those to be developed in the future. Prioritize KPI development based on level of importance and criticality for the business. Provide input on dashboard elements and template(s) required and create reports using the client?s in-house Business Intelligence applications (PowerBI/Tableau/Qlikview etc.). Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company?s mission, analyzing business requirements and processes, and recommending them to management and executives for implementation. Function as the Reporting/Analytics SME working with teams. Define and implement metrics to measure success and effectiveness of the solution delivery. Work with offshore and onsite teams to ensure solution delivery. Requirements/Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, data mining, and/or data visualization are preferred. Experience in leading a team of BI developers Experience in specific market-based visualization tools such as PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, or SAS etc. is a bonus. Experience with the application of advanced analytics and data science within the industrial manufacturing sector is desirable. Possess a bachelor?s degree in statistics, computer science, business administration, or a related field Project/Assignment Execution & Delivery Worker should have proven skills and experience working with cross-functional, technical, and leadership teams and demonstrate the following characteristics, Strong analytical, engagement, and communication (verbal & written) skills. Inquisitive and curious nature to ask the right questions regarding the use-case, problem statement, and/or solution. Pro-active in executing tasks, uncovering potential roadblocks, and providing recommendations. Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to bring groups to consensus among various teams. Work closely with project leadership and management to keep critical path project deliverables moving forward. | |
