Location: Baltimore, MD

Shift Hours: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $19.88 per hour + $0.45 shift differential

Requirements: Must have own vehicle, clean-shaven, and comfortable wearing a respirator

Important Note: Drug test required within 48 hours of offer acceptance

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our dynamic team in Baltimore. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Move materials using manual and motorized pallet jacks/walkies from storage to workspace.
Package final products per approved Standard Manufacturing Procedures (SMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Set up, operate, and clean production equipment, including weighing scales, hand-filling equipment, Integrated Fill Lines (IFL), and Bagging equipment.
Monitor critical meters, gauges, and displays for process parameters (temperature, humidity, RPMs).
Maintain accurate production records, logs, and batch history records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Assure final product meets weight tolerance specifications.
Demonstrate independent judgment in planning, performing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required safety equipment.
Perform other duties as required by DCM operations.
Minimum Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, and/or warehouse environment.
Capable of heavy lifting/handling during a 10-hour shift (1-5 lbs. - 70%, 5-25 lbs. - 30%).
Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs 50% to 95% of the workday.
Capable of passing a physical examination for forklift operations and respirator fit test.
Additional Notes:

Dusty environment requiring routine use of N95 respirators.
Routine use of safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, respirators, and hearing protection may be required.
Forklift experience is very helpful.
