Must Pass Cardiac Arrhythmia Test Specialty: Med Surg - Will frequently float to Tele Unit Required Certifications: BLS Years of Experience: 1 Float Requirements: Must be willingly to float Equipment: EMR: EPIC Must Have Skills/Experience: Will frequently float to Tele Unit Dress Code: Scrub Color: Black Any unacceptable attire Approved Assignment Details: Blocked Scheduling will need facility approval Must be willing to work weekends as needed RTO of 5 days or less, must make up the week on the back end Any RTO over 5 days would need facility approval No assignment details auto approved for length or guaranteed hours Can request facility approval If requesting any of the above, it must be listed on client Submission Form | |
