$27.48/Hour
Shift: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Experience: Minimum 5 years of Quality experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in a closely related discipline (preferred in Electrical, Mechanical, or Bio Medical); Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications considered; High school diploma with 5 years of experience may be considered.

Responsibilities:

As a QA Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the manufacturing and quality assurance processes. Your duties will include:

Manufacturing Diagnostics Units: Contribute to the assembly of diagnostic instruments, ensuring high-quality hardware production.

Test and Review: Perform thorough testing and review of diagnostic instruments, meticulously examining test data and identifying defects.

Non-Conformance Handling: Take charge of addressing all non-conformances, conducting in-depth analyses, accounting for all parts, and collaborating with suppliers to identify and resolve issues.

Deficiency Reduction: Work proactively to reduce deficiencies, ensuring that all components meet the required standards.

Supplier Collaboration: Establish effective communication with suppliers, addressing quality concerns and ensuring a seamless collaboration for successful production.

Quality Experience: Leverage your 5 years of quality experience, demonstrating proficiency in bash record release, GDP, GMP, CAPA, design quality assurance, and incoming inspection.

Material Review Board: Contribute to the Material Review Board, making critical decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of materials based on quality standards.

IT Systems Proficiency: Navigate and utilize multiple IT systems, including ERP systems, and showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis.

Key Skills:

Quality Management: Strong background in quality management practices.

Documentation: Exceptional documentation practices.

Manufacturing and Med Device Knowledge: Previous experience in manufacturing and medical device industries is a plus.

Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

Production Supervisor Experience: Previous experience as a production supervisor may be considered a valuable asset.
