Weekly Pay! $18.25/Hour Shift Details: 8:00am to 5:00pm Order non-inventory office and shipping supplies Pay all non-inventory bills in Oracle Audit Backend controls for month end shipping Satellite warehouses Daily open order list to Satellite warehouses Credits/RMAs (currently 18 days behind) New/dormant customer setups Customer maintenance (adding/editing customer locations/info in BAAN) Freight claims processing (have not been able to file claims since May 2020) Receivables: Credit card payment processing for open terms customers Trade management (170 open claims ? 49 over 90 days old) Collections for unassigned credits (173 open, 49 over 180 days old) & chargebacks (43 open, 18 over 180 days old) Receivables customer service (shipping/billing error claims investigation, document copies, etc.) Individual commission report distribution Backup for blocked order releases Backup for credit card captures (billing after shipment) Backup for daily sales reports EDI processing Need help within the Planning Department with the following: Entering invoices in Oracle Entering POs Chasing down parts Chasing down payment information for suppliers in Oracle Keeping dates updated in Baan Get quotes Field CSR information requests Expediting items from supplier Tracking shipments Setting up new parts | |
