Weekly Pay!
$60.71/Hour

Shift Timings: 8:00AM - 5:30PM

REQUIRED: Proof of COVID & FLU vaccination MUST be provided at time candidate is submitted! Declinations are accepted.

Please note: Client requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation

Initially onsite, transition to hybrid or remote as work becomes more independently initiated.

Which systems / departments are going through integration? Medical Staff Services/Credentialing Services Department; credentialing system being transitioned from IntelliCred to Credential Stream.

Education - Required
Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology related field of study

Experience - Required:
Working with the Integration Group for data feeds (e.g. Find a Doctor, Good standing Letter, Privileges accessible to Client network users, RSL Solutions (Patient Safety), Sonify)

Documentation experience for writing up process flows

Knowledge of workflow design principles (specific steps would be unique to Credential Stream, but understanding principles will be key) or must have ability to engage with seasoned credentialers to ask the questions to gain understanding for building the workflow design and be able to work with Credentialers in refining the workflows.

Hands-on experience designing online input forms (expecting to use drag and drop tools, not programming)

Hands-on experience with Microsoft office (Word documents, merging data to letters, setting up email templates, etc.)
Reports design
Experience with databases (understanding table relationships for cause and effect of placement of data entry and impact on workflows and reports)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ? Required/Preferred
Database management
Workflow design/testing and implementation/quality control
Technical documentation of workflows for education/training of users
Effective communication skills to work with users to understand current workflows so that needs are accommodated in the new software?s newly designed workflows
Attention to detail
Self-motivated
Excellent time management skills; able to effectively prioritize
Credentialing knowledge

Process Documentation
System Configuration (e.g. how to set up new users joining MSS or Provider Enrollment, or other areas for Read Only access)
Credentialing Processes
Enrollment Processes
Building initial and reappointment applications
Building Enrollment Applications
Building Workflows for both MSS and Enrollment
E.g. expirables, reappointment, initial appointment, committee review and approval
Building the various letters and communications that we will use both in MSS and Enrollment
Building reports for monitoring and tracking
5 years experience in this field.
