Weekly Pay! $76.92/Hour Depot sustainment activities - depot-level maintenance entails materiel maintenance requiring the major repair, overhaul, or complete rebuilding of weapon systems, end items, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies; manufacture of parts; technical assistance; and testing. Just a reminder on additional requirements: PM must be U.S. Citizen and able to travel between multiple depot sites Initial term is for 12 months, working 40 hours a week at Irvine Alton facility Background: The Depot Activation team which is charted to develop new depot capabilities across the world has multiple projects requiring Project Management support. Scope of Work: Provide project management support for existing Depot Activation projects and Depot Activation proposals. Support proposal development Gather competitive intelligence, as required Gather and document project information and business case assumptions Develop and maintain project risk assessments Submit winning Depot Activation proposals Develop presentations in support of gate reviews Support project tracking Maintain project schedules, as needed Lead and/or support status meetings Identify and resolve issues affecting project schedule Initiate periodic review of projected sales Project execution Provide Project management support throughout the stages as directed and assigned by team leaders. Work with project team to develop and maintain schedules, risk tools, and proposals. Monitor execution of delivery schedules. Forecast and meet project sales. Provide reporting and monthly status reports on all projects. Support proposal development Support invoicing | |
