JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Environmental Service Associate for our client in Lafayette, IN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour Shift: Evening shifts(3-11:30p) and 1 person for overnight (11:30 to 7 am) Weekends: Prefer if able to work a weekend rotation Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 1 year of healthcare experience ? will partner with onsite educator to ensure contractor is comfortable Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. High school Diploma or GED List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Closed areas (Outpatient areas, wound care centers, discharges, lobbies, restrooms) No specialized units Graveyard shift ? mixture of closed areas and ED Areas. If experienced, will be in LDRP area. Floor Cleaning & Sanitization Cleans and disinfects floors using hospital-specific equipment including microfiber cloths, wet mops, etc. Surfaces Cleaning & Sanitization Cleans and sanitizes horizontal surfaces such as over-bed tables, counters, and furniture. Restrooms Cleaning & Sanitization Cleans and sanitizes restroom surfaces including toilets, urinals, sinks, showers, walls, floors, and mirrors. Surfaces Cleaning & Sanitization Cleans and sanitizes vertical surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and windows. Area Maintenance Ensures cleanliness of high dust surfaces such as picture frames, vents, and doorframes. Inspects room for proper cleaning and reports any safety or maintenance issues. Removes trash and linen, cleans receptacles, and ensures they are prepared for next use. Stocking Restocks paper, hand sanitizer and hand soap supplies. Sanitization Sanitizes high touch areas such as light switches, bed rails, and doorknobs. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. | |
