Weekly Pay! $49.58 to 81.69/Hour 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday Purpose: Contribute to organizational growth and financial independence by providing Accounting & Reporting services. Ensure compliance, effective governance, and support entrepreneurship. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Develop the team aligning with global strategies. Ensure the team possesses the right competencies and succession plans. Financial Reporting: Ensure compliance with Group frameworks and local regulations. Uphold the effectiveness of internal controls. Global Standardization: Lead the team to achieve global standard frameworks. Deliver high-quality accounting and reporting. Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong business relationships externally. Act as a trustworthy business partner internally. Collaboration: Work with Group Financial Controlling and Country organizations. Participate in global projects for streamlined operations. Strategic Contribution: Contribute ideas to the business planning process. Utilize a broad perspective for informed decision-making. Cross-Functional Cooperation: Collaborate with Legal and Tax teams for compliance. Maintain connections within the Ingka Group. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements. Uphold a safe environment for co-workers and consultants. Competences: Broad knowledge of the Client's concept, brand, and industry. Excellent knowledge of financial processes, risk management, and data science. Strong capabilities in business partnering, networking, and communication. Capabilities: Translate business needs into financial solutions. Build networks within and outside the organization. Recognize trends and translate them into opportunities. Adaptability to handle a changing environment. Inspire and motivate teams. Performance Indicators: Client Retail Direction. KPIs from Business Planning. Client Financial Strategy. Co-worker survey. Individual goals aligned with yearly development. Qualifications: Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics. 8-12 years in accounting/auditing. 5+ years in managerial/team lead roles. Proficient in GAAP, internal controls, and tax laws. Experience in automated accounting systems. Proficient in MS Office. Multicultural and multinational organizational experience. Excellent English communication skills. Proven Skills: High-level accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Experience in team development. Proven ability to provide coaching, training, and career direction. | |
