JobsRUs.com is seeking a Header Operator for a manufacturer in Rockford, IL 4-day work schedule! 6am-4pm; Monday-Thursday, Some OT on Friday Competitive Pay! Job Description: Header Operator ? Minimum 5 years experience preferred. We?re looking specifically for someone to run a few National Headers for us. -Perform set-ups and complete Bill of Materials as needed throughout the day. -Feed wire as needed throughout the day. -Retrieve wire as needed throughout the day. -Parts are to be visually checked and/or gaged before parts are dumped from catch pan. -When a pan is ¾ full, a Pan Ticket is filled out and placed in top pan of completed stack of parts, tub, or bin box. -Before shift end, all parts are to be weighed and returned to machine to determine daily production. -At the end of each job machine is to be cleaned and free from all foreign material.
