Pay Rate - $23.50/hr 1st Shift: 8am-5pm Job Description An opportunity has arisen within this business to join the Finance team as a Financial Analyst, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Role responsibilities: Customer invoice creation and associated follow-up; work with other team members to ensure on-time payment; create miscellaneous customer credits as necessary Supplier invoice review and approval; supplier research and problem resolution Monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations, associated reports and entries to resolve issues Monthly Journal entries for various accruals and revenue/cost corrections Monthly account reviews, reports and analysis to assist other team members Support team members in preparation of budgets, forecast and variance analysis (e.g. Order Entry, Revenue, Gross Margin) Review Non-conformance costs and prepare associated reports Ad-hoc Commercial and Financial support to wider stakeholders (external audit, OnePM, Dashboard preparation, etc.) Ensure all records are maintained to an auditable standard Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time Qualifications for the role: Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration SAP experience a plus MS Excel skills - Advanced MS PowerPoint skills - Basic Ability to interpret and apply accounting and other relevant guidelines Strong analytical skills Self-motivated Detail oriented Results and quality driven | |
