JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Registered Respiratory Therapist for our client in Ardmore, OK! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $51.72/Hour Shift: 7:00 AM -7:00 PM CRT - required NRP - preferred PALS - required ACLS - required BLS - required Current RCP license in the state of practice A Registered Respiratory Therapist?s (RRT?s) duties will include setting up and operating devices such as therapeutic gas administration apparatus and mechanical ventilators, providing emergency care, such as external cardiac massage, artificial respiration, or assistance with cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and maintaining charts that contain patient identification and therapy information. Works in accordance to the mission, vision, and values of Client. Required education: High-School Diploma or GED and Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program or technical college for respiratory, with related Associated Degree or higher. You may be asked to provide proof of education. Required licensure: Current RCP license in the state of practice. Required experience: Respiratory care, emergency care, and intensive care experience. Strong Knowledge of pulmonary function and pulmonary rehabilitation. Experience with respiratory equipment. Required certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), (ACLS), and (PALS) from the American Heart Association and Registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Other: Must understand English both written and spoken, must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law. Preferred certification: Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Preferred Other: Advanced skills in ventilator management, bronchoscopies, hemodynamic monitoring and end-tidal CO2. | |
