Weekly Pay! $69.86/Hour 9am - 5pm (Monday-Friday) Position Overview: As the Accounting Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in steering the team towards global finance, organizational, and personnel development goals. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and enhancement of efficient Accounting & Reporting (A&R) processes, ensuring team members adhere to A&R manuals and local GAAP, and acting as a trusted business partner in A&R matters. This role demands active participation in business planning, setting goals, and coordinating internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities: Lead team development aligned with global finance and organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and enhance effective Accounting & Reporting processes. Ensure accuracy and productivity in day-to-day activities. Support the team with accounting and reporting queries. Contribute to business plans and set clear goals in alignment with broader objectives. Coordinate internal and external audits, reviewing and addressing findings. Contribute to local and global projects from an A&R perspective. Foster connections between core areas, business owners, and process teams within the Ingka Group. Uphold a safe working environment in compliance with Ingka policies. Competences: Knowledge & Motivation: In-depth understanding of Client's concept, brand identity, culture, and strategic directions. Broad knowledge of Client business, market, and industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or a related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a similar or larger organization. Proficient in MS Office; experience with automated accounting systems. Strong communication skills in English. Proven track record in developing and supporting individuals through coaching, training, and career direction. | |
