JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Medical Technician for our client in Troy, MO! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $48.27/Hour FLU: All travelers must be completely vaccinated PRIOR TO START. There are no exceptions. Unit: Medical Lab Shift: Variable shifts: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM Must be flexible with shifts as needed 11-1930 M-F and 1400-2230 M-F. Please verify shift interest with candidate before submitting. This is NOT a day shift. Mon - Fri schedule with weekend and holiday coverage as needed Must be able to work independently MLS(ASCP) - required and must be listed on resume Candidates in this position must have Phlebotomy skills and be able to draw blood. One year + Blood Bank experience required (Dr's office experience is not enough). Experience in the following areas will be needed: Type & Screen, Antigen Typing, Cross Match, ABO, Antibody DESCRIPTION: Performs and interprets analysis on patient specimens through the use of complex laboratory techniques. Provides medical staff with information to aid in patient diagnosis. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Client Service Standards. Education: Bachelor's degree Licensure: Experience: up to 3 years acceptable clinical laboratory experience as a certified MLS/MT or equivalent or certification eligible new MLS graduate Certifications: Current certification as MT/MLS or categorical certification, through ASCP or equivalent | |
