Weekly Pay! $23.00/Hour Shift Timings : 9:30pm - 6:00am Exempt/Non Exempt: Non Exempt Years Experience: 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Skills: nation of education and experience Skills: Maintain records according GMP Education: HS Diploma/GED Duties: Inspects, labels and packages raw and finished products. May be required to maintain records according to Good Manufacturing Practices. May be working in a clean-room environment. Moderate supervision is required. Abilities & Skills : General understanding of cGMPs Comply with controlled documentation such as SOPs or 1-PLs, Batch Records or Work Orders, Training Forms, Line Clearance Logbooks, etc. Complete documentation accurately and real-time (BRFT). Prepares batches used for Bar Manufacturing; run/process the batches from the mixers to palletizers. Understanding of workplace safety and compliance with safety guidelines. Report safety incidents and near misses Able to handle small tools and manufacturing aids. Assembles, disassembles, operates complex processing equipment per procedure. Utilizes automated process control systems to operate Bar Manufacturing equipment. Performs cleaning and sanitization or sterilization of parts and equipment used in manufacturing processes. Performs material transactions in MITS to ensure inventory accuracy. Understanding of ZPI, Maximo Work Orders, and the ATP swab techniques Qualification : Ability to understand, apply, and evaluate basic mathematics and other scientific principles as appropriate for the position. Proficiency with compliance; adherence to standard operating procedures, 1-PLs, batch records or work orders, good documentation practices and data capturing. Effective written and verbal communication skills Work Conditions Consists of strenuous, repetitive work. The following list of physical movements may be used daily: bending, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, and making numerous equipment connections using hands. Independently having the ability to regularly lift, dispense, push and/or pull items with an average weight of 50 pounds. May require work around loud equipment, hot surfaces, cold box/hot box with proper PPE. The use of personal protective equipment will be required. Requires various shift based work and off hours | |
