JobsRUs.com is seeking a Food Production Batch Mixer (Bakery) for one of our clients located in Hayward! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate: $19.50 Shift: 10:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. Days: Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed Overview: The Mixer prepares and produces batter and dough mixes following recipes and standard operating procedures. Follows all company, safety, food safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures. Requirements: ? At least 1 yr of experience as a batch Mixer in an industrial food production environment strongly preferred. ? Must be able to read and calculate basic math problems/unit conversion for recipes. ? Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a keyboard to enter data into Excel spreadsheets. ? Must be able to read, speak and understand written and verbal English. ? Must be able to learn quickly and be able to adapt to changes required by production. ? Must be able to read, listen to and follow detailed instructions. ? May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Physical Requirements: ? Must be able to push or lift 55 pounds frequently, work entire shift while standing. ? Able to work weekends and work overtime (as needed). | |
