JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Clinical Reimbursement Specialist for our client in Mishawaka, IN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $44.13/Hour Shift :8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Evaluates Cath lab notes and identifies the appropriate procedures charges/CPT codes/modifiers Identifies when documentation relevant to coding the procedure is missing, lacks specificity, or is inconsistent and communicates with physicians via EPIC in basket messaging to obtain the missing information. Applies regulatory requirements such as medical necessity policies as CPT codes are being selected Demonstrates an expert knowledge of hospital outpatient coding guidelines, medical terminology, anatomy/physiology, and payer specific coding guidelines. Understands reimbursement methodology and public reporting of outcomes. Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Please include required certs and job requirements/ experience to be deemed viable. 5 years coding- Cath lab Charging/Coding for diagnostic and invasive procedures Credential- CIRCC, RHIA/RHIT Franciscan will NOT provide equipment for this role. The expectation is that each candidate will have their own device to log into the Franciscan system with. | |
