Job Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in routine production functions, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization). Join a collaborative team, supporting shared goals and making effective decisions within the scope of your position. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent One to two years of experience Basic skills development in tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific skill area Effective communication skills with co-workers, Team Lead, and Supervisor Ability to read, write, interpret specifications in English, and perform basic math calculations Flexible and willing to work extended hours Team-oriented with the ability to get along with colleagues Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities Responsibilities and Skills: Perform routine production functions with attention to detail Follow FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 guidelines Work effectively in a team setting, supporting common goals Make decisions within the framework of standard operating procedures Follow instructions and work within routine practices Develop skills in basic tasks and procedures Read and interpret specifications in English Perform basic math calculations Maintain accurate records and logs Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed BD04123JD | |
