Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm Requirements: Drug screen required (May involve driving a forklift) Respiratory fit testing is mandatory Must be clean-shaven - no beards Job Overview: Looking for a Warehouse Operator position in Baltimore, MD? Join our team and become an essential part of the shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment process. As a Warehouse Operator, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate distribution of merchandise, products, and materials. Responsibilities: Execute shipping, receiving, and storing tasks with precision Operate various mobile equipment such as forklifts, walkie-stackers, handcarts, and power trucks Hand-load carts/racks and deliver to production areas Utilize hand/electric trucks, including Forklifts, and Slip Sheeting truck Prepare goods for shipment to the distribution center (Dumping of halbs) Collaborate effectively within a team, supporting shared goals Follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Adhere to BD housekeeping and safety policies Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime as required Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math Safe operation of all required equipment Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is preferred Excellent attention to detail in operations Ability to lift or move 5 ? 25 lbs. continuously, 25 ? 60 lbs. frequently Strong teaming and communication skills Capable of handling all assigned duties required by equipment use Ability to work in a repetitive environment and stand for long periods Successful completion of physical examination for forklift operations and respirator fit test Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience Successful completion of BD physical, written forklift test, and a satisfactory driving test on all equipment (Forklifts Truck) and respirator fit test Familiarity with all Warehousing operations and full knowledge in assigned work areas How to Apply: Ready to take on this exciting opportunity in Baltimore?
