Benefits and weekly pay available. 40.00 per hour Monday to Friday 5a to 2p Job Title: Senior Maintenance Specialist Location: Fontana California 92337 Summary: The Senior Maintenance Specialist is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, creating job plans, managing work flow processes, and overseeing facility and equipment repairs. This role balances priorities, resources, and schedules to ensure effective maintenance operations. Essential Duties: Daily Work Schedules: Prepare and manage schedules for Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians, coordinating maintenance work. Detailed Job Plans: Develop detailed plans for repairs, alterations, and preventive maintenance for facilities and equipment. Workflow Management: Manage the workflow process from identification to execution, including auditing and maintenance of work order systems. Supervision and Coordination: Supervise contractors, fill in as Maintenance Supervisor when needed, and oversee Hourly Planner or Storeroom Attendant. Preventative Maintenance and Purchase Requests: Set up and manage Preventative Maintenance work orders, generate purchase requests for required parts and tools. Cost Estimates and Reporting: Develop cost estimates, track spending, and maintain performance indicators for maintenance activities. System Administration: Administer Maximo Systems, providing support, training, updating equipment hierarchies, and generating performance reports. Capital Projects: Prepare, install, start-up, and control costs for assigned projects.
