Weekly Pay! $40.87/Hour Shift Start and End Time : 08:00 am to 5:00 pm Your Goals: As a People Analytics Professional, you will be part of a global hub of HR reporting specialists responsible for managing and delivering standard and scheduled HR reporting and metrics. You will leverage Workday to interpret and deliver simple/complex business reporting requirements, applying logical analytical insight into ad-hoc business queries. You prioritize competing demands channeled through our user interface. Your main responsibilities: Support users? report requirements leveraging Workday Reporting & Discovery Board and QlikCloud to: Troubleshoot technical & non-technical questions/issues. Create one time ad-hoc reports for single user and/or restricted user group. Create scheduled ad-hoc report for single user and/or restricted user group. Manage Region/country statutory report portfolio and support country-specific regulatory reporting requirements & audits. Drive country required data protection activities to completion to ensure successful distribution of new reports, as required. Guide and consult Region and Country HR Center of Expertise Professionals and country HR professionals on HR Reporting and analytics topics. Support with the transformation of HR data into deployable analytics solutions (i.e.: reports, and dashboards) and ensure quality of data used in HR reporting & analytics. Your qualifications and experience: Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Workday Reporting Writer and/or Administrator experience. Advanced knowledge of QlikCloud. Knowledge of with MS Excel and MS Power BI familiarity is a plus. University Degree in computer science, analytics, math, statistics or equivalent. Communication skills and team orientation. Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a multi-cultural environment.
