Schedule Monday Friday, 8am to 4 pm

Responsibilities

Synthesis Development: Develop robust synthesis and purification methods for innovative OLED emitters.

Process Scalability: Create reproducible and cost-effective synthetic processes for OLED emitters using a scientific approach.

New Emitter Synthesis: Evaluate synthesis for newly identified emitters and provide samples using feasible synthetic strategies.

Technology Advancement: Enhance laboratory technology to streamline process development and reduce cycle times (EasyMax/Optimax, EasyViewer).

Analytical Analysis: Interpret analytical results and implement necessary process modifications.

Scale-Up Support: Assist technicians in scaling up new products in both kilo lab and plant settings.

Product Support: Aid in supporting existing commercial, pre-commercial, and developmental products.

Quality Support: Utilize quality tools (critical thinking, DOE, statistical analysis) for new process development.

Lab Experimentation: Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments using standard chemistry equipment and instruments (HPLC, UPLC, GC).

Communication and Documentation: Effectively communicate within the team and provide clear technical documentation.

Safety and Compliance: Work safely, adhering to all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.

Experience: Entry-level role; no prior industry experience required.
