Weekly Pay! $22.39/Hour Start Time (AM/PM)9:00 PM End Time (AM/PM)5:30 AM Responsible for sanitizing the manufacturing and warehouse ascetics areas with a controlled environment, following the establish procedures as per the applicable regulations for the pharmaceutical industry (CGMP, OSHA, etc.) Will dress with a sterile Gown and make sure not contaminate it during the dressing process. Sanitize the manufacturing area that have a controlled environment , with specific germicides. Disposition of regular trash and trash identified as a potential risk of biological contamination. Complete all the documentation on the cleaning records as per the duties perform. Clean floors, ceilings, walls and surface manufacturing areas. MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE Summarize the main purpose of the role. Ensures that assigned areas are properly cleaned using approved cleaning and sanitizing processes. Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment and these areas of the plant according to job standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Cleans and sanitizes food processing equipment and food processing facilities. Operates specialized equipment such as floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, etc to perform functions of job. Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures. Follow all company Sanitation SOPs for cleaning equipment and facility. Perform pre-inspection of clean equipment before requesting supervisor approval. Removal of trash/garbage for the facility; mopping as needed, cleaning of floor drains and any exterior areas requiring attention. Complete all required sanitation and work order documentation. Washes and maintains cleaning carts and tools. Maintains all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, foamers, cleaning equipment and tools. Performs other duties as assigned by the sanitation supervisor. Keeps the cleaning supplies stocked, on-hand and organized. May be asked to work in other areas as needed; if trained. Education: High School Diploma/GED Exp: 1 yr. minimum experience on industrial cleaning, Basic communication skills in writing and reading in English and Spanish. Must be able to read in English, technical information, procedures and other documents. | |
