SHIFT INFO Start Time 7:00 PM End Time 7:00 AM Shift Night Shifts per week3 Hours per shift 12 EXPERIENCE Years of Experience One Year Plus Specialties Cardiac - required CERTIFICATIONS ACLS - required BLS - required PALS - preferred DESCRIPTION Unit: Cardiac Evaluation ICU Specialty: RN Overview: Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, Client Code of Conduct, Client Mission and Values and Client Service Standards. Qualifications Licensure: Current AR Registered Nurse license or compact state license if living outside of Arkansas. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Other: Ability to hear and read effectively. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English. Ability to navigate effectively in many computer systems. Ability to work in a team focused environment. Ability to work in a rapid-paced work environment. Ability to work independently. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to provide quality bedside patient care. Preferred Experience: Two years current inpatient, acute care hospital experience. | |
