Experience with SAP Experience with Customer Retail Portal Applications (Retail Link, NOVA, TSCP 2.0, GRS, Luminate) Proficient in MS Applications (Specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Technology Proficiencies: SAP MS Office Applications Any of the following Customer Retail Portal Applications Retail Link Nova TSCP 2.0 GRS Luminate Key Words: Location: Field work in Northwest Arkansas with occasional trips to customer sites (Remote) Hours: 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM Interview Format: 2 Video Interviews done in a panel environment (May be given ?homework? to show capabilities) Conversion Planning: After 1 year, position is likely to convert The Sr. Analyst, Customer Supply Chain plays an essential role in helping to facilitate sales, delivery of product, and customer satisfaction. A critical role in keeping the business running, The Sr. Analyst Customer Supply Chain is responsible for supporting the Customer Supply Chain Manager in managing the Walmart North America and Club Channel businesses. They will serve as the primary customer-facing supply chain contact for LSB?s club channel accounts, overseeing the day-to-day operations and interfacing with the customer to provide best-in-class service. They will support the Walmart business by working with LSB?s 3rd party data services company to create and share valuable reporting on customer KPI?s, managing reverse logistics, and verifying item accuracy. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Sr. Analyst Customer Supply Chain will: Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact managing the daily operations and CPFR activities of LSB?s Club Channel business. Review daily shipments and proactively mitigate backlogged orders. Work closely with cross functional teams within the Supply Chain organization to proactively communicate customer inventory needs and mitigate supply shortages. Interface with customer Merchandise Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchant teams to provide best in class service. Ensure the effective management of open orders to achieve on time delivery. Oversee the ordering, processing, and delivery of various Club Channel promotions/special packs programs. Support the Customer Supply Chain Manager in managing the Walmart business: Utilize LSB?s 3rd Party Data Service to create and share weekly customer reporting: Item Matrix & Instock Reporting 52 Week Sales Report Item Level Forecast Analysis Manage customer returns in Client reverse logistics interface and execute the needed follow up with the customer through to completion. Verify accuracy of item setup in customer?s online item file. Weekly maintenance of customer orders in customer?s supplier-facing order interface. Identifying and implementing ways to improve efficiency and automation of reporting and analytics. Establishing and documenting best practices for Customer Supply Chain. Serve as back-up point of contact for Walmart NA business.
