Summary: Provide a general overview of the job?s key responsibilities, including responsibility level. Be brief and describe the purpose of the job. Be clear and do not assume the applicant knows the job details or understands abbreviations.

Works closely with Site Study Coordinators and Staff to ensure all data entry and query resolution activities are conducted according to company SOPs, and all applicable GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities: Document the duties and responsibilities that account for at least five percent of the incumbent?s time or are critical to the successful performance of the job. List duties and responsibilities in the order of criticality or those that require the most time.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Enters data into study specific case report forms or electronic data capture systems for assigned clinical trials
Resolves queries for in electronic data capture systems for assigned clinical trials
Works with the Site Study Coordinator to meet industry trial data deadlines
Establishes an effective workflow with the Site Study Coordinator to effectively manage clinical trials
Obtains source documentation for patients enrolled into clinical trials
Answers queries and uploads images per imaging guidelines for assigned clinical trials
Establishes and maintains positive relationship with Clinical Research Associates (CRA)
Investigates and Reports protocol deviations, when applicable
Maintains and archives study administrative files
Reports required metrics to leadership team
Meets with study sponsor representatives as requested
Attends all SIVs for assigned trials
Attends meetings as assigned and reports on actions
Participates in educational activities and programs
Maintains strictest confidentiality
Works closely and effectively with all other department colleagues
Throughout the conduct of the clinical trial assesses adherence to Sarah Cannon SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH regulations and guidelines
All other duties as assigned

Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Access; high computer literacy and ability to learn new software if required
English written and oral skills
Abilities: An underlying, enduring trait useful for performing duties.

Detail-oriented
Proven ability to multi-task in fast paced environment is essential
Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Able to manage, organize, and make decisions.

Minimum Education Required:
