Biology, biotech, engineering, life sciences are considered a good fit for this field. Monitoring Product Performance: Implementing systematic approaches to continuously monitor the performance of our products in the market. Utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies to identify trends and potential issues. Investigating Customer Complaints: Conducting comprehensive investigations into customer complaints related to product performance or safety. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and implement corrective actions. Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: Staying abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure that our products adhere to all relevant compliance requirements. Collaborating with regulatory affairs specialists to implement necessary changes and updates. Reporting and Documentation: Generating detailed reports on product performance, investigations, and compliance activities. Maintaining accurate and organized documentation to support regulatory submissions and audits.
