Assemblers
1st Shift 15/hr. M-Th 6 am-4:30 pm + OT on Fridays & Saturdays
2nd Shift 16.50/hr. M-Th 4 pm-2:30 am + OT on Fridays & Saturdays

Production Associates:
1st Shift 15/hr. M-Th - 6 am-4:30 pm + OT on Fridays

Machine Operator:
1st shift 15.50/hr. 6 am-4:30 pm +OT on Fridays

ALL OVERTIME IS MANDATORY AND DEPENDENT ON BUSINESS NEEDS

Job Description:

Performs light assembly by following released procedures.
Performs in-process inspection to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
May generate required documentation to complete the Device History Record (DHR)
Must be able to read and understand: assembly instructions, work orders, Bills of Materials, Standard Operation Procedures, and all other documentation used to control our products and processes.
Expected to provide feedback on production and methods, and product design issues, continuously strives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
This is a team setting environment. You must be able to get along with others and communicate effectively with supervisors, team leads, and other team members to achieve desired results.
Keep work area clean organized and safe - Other duties may be assigned.
All jobs in the Drainage team area.

Must have:
The ability to read proficiently, write legibly, analyze/evaluate charts/graphs, and follow simple diagrams.
Able to follow manufacturing and inspection procedures.
Must be able to maintain neat, legible, accurate, and complete documentation, records, and logs.
Must be able to focus continuous attention on detailed processes and fairly routine processes.
Ability to work as part of a team and maintain productive working relationships.
Ability to keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
Ability to support continuous improvement activities such as 5S, standardization of work, and process.
