This is a weekend only position. Potential for it to become long term employment if you can meet all the criteria. JOB DUTIES: 1.Provides excellent customer service to anyone using airport facilities 2. Maintains knowledge of the airline procedures and information, including flight times 3. Monitors the terminal for cleanliness and notifies the proper department of any issues 4. Responsible for facilitating access and processing entry fees to the airport lounge 5. Maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the lounge 6. Ensures that users have access to the lounge amenities 7. Maintains current knowledge of airport emergency procedures 8. Provides assistance with public events as required 9. Assists other departments with administration and cleaning support and other duties as assigned 10. Promotes Authority?s vision for excellent customer service. Respects and upholds CHO?s Vision & Values. Adheres to the Authority?s policies, procedures and guidelines | |
