JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a QA Specialist for our client in Irving! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $27.48/Hour Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of diagnostic instruments through meticulous testing and review processes. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough testing and review of diagnostic instruments, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Identify and document defects, working diligently to address non-conformances. Manage all aspects of non-conformances, including analysis, communication with suppliers, and resolution of deficiencies. Collaborate with supplier quality to identify and rectify issues related to parts and materials. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of quality processes, including GDP, GMP, CAPA, design quality assurance, and incoming inspection. Utilize multiple IT systems and ERP systems for data analysis and reporting. Serve on the Material Review Board, making informed decisions to uphold quality standards. Proficiently use Microsoft Office and demonstrate data analysis skills. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance. Knowledgeable in bash record release, non-conformances processes, GDP, GMP, CAPA, design quality assurance, and incoming inspection. Experience in manufacturing and familiarity with medical devices is a plus. Strong documentation practices and attention to detail are essential. Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Production supervisor experience will be considered. Education: Bachelor's degree in a closely related discipline with 5 years of experience (preferred degrees: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering). Fresh graduates with relevant degrees will be considered. High school diploma with 5 years of experience may also be considered.
