We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to work in our cold storage facility in Fullerton, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. Schedule: Monday ? Friday (Must be FLEX to work weekends as needed) Shift: 1st - 6:00am to 2:30pm (Must be FLEX to work OT as needed) 2nd - 2:30pm to 11:00pm (Must be FLEX to work OT as needed) Pay Rate: - Sitdown Forklift ($18.00-$18.50/hr) - Reach Forklift ($19.00-$19.50/hr) Responsibilities: ? Operate and maintain a variety of material handling and forklift equipment in a cold storage facility ? Perform pre-operational safety checks on all equipment ? Picking Orders ? Putaway/Inventory control ? Move materials throughout the facility and prepare orders for shipment ? Loading and Unloading Containers ? Perform routine maintenance on all equipment ? Follow established safety procedures and report any issues to management ? Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: ? Must be certified to operate the Forklifts ? Must consent to a background check ? Must consent to a drug screen ? Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ? Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment (-10 to -20 degrees faraenghiet) ? Excellent communication and problem solving skills ?
