Preferably with Supply Chain or Analytics TOP 5 REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES 3+ years? experience in supply chain related field Experience with SAP ECC Ability to implement and drive rituals and routines Good Communication skills in a teamwork environment Ability to work independently, but as a team player at the same time. TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES SAP ECC Microsoft Excel Tableau ? helpful, not required. KEY WORDS Supply Chain Management SAP Vehicle Sizing Deployment Planning PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES: SAP ECC ZOPT Transaction experience CONVERSION PLANNING: While conversion isn?t planned immediately, this position will provide visibility to other roles and could also turn to a Client employment opportunity itself. This position reports to the Deployment Lead and supports the North American team in driving execution excellence through deployment planning and vehicle sizing. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure product is in the right location at the right time cognizant of cost. This is completed through messaging the DRP batch job and creating Stock Transfers for the buffers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for inventory distribution across the NA network while taking into consideration network constraints and maximizing service levels. Manage distribution and vehicle load optimization for Finished Goods and Non-Finished Goods. Reviews key performance metrics and service levels reporting; provides root cause analysis and recommendations for performance improvement. Supports the S&OE / Deployment Lead to drive continuous improvement efforts to improve performance on all key metrics. Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies Ability to motivate non-direct reports; keep teams working well together. Operate in a dynamic and complex environment. Experience gathering, organizing, and evaluating financial data to support business decision making. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects at the same time. Proven, successful track record showing steady increase in responsibilities. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and make meaningful contributions to a team. Ability to influence, lead projects and effectively collaborate to achieve objectives and produce results. Familiarity with SAP; APO, ECC, BW. Ability to implement and drive rituals and routines. | |
