40 hours per week.
This is an onsite position. Remote work is not an option.
No travel required.

The Titles Coordinator will assist the Fleet Operations team with the Title Management
project which includes the transfer, collection, and security of all rolling stock titles to
Client corporate office in West Creek. The Titles Coordinator is
expected to function as a support member within the Fleet department that will help
execute on receiving, reconciling, scanning, uploading, and documenting all Title
transactions.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain digital and physical records management systems for Titles.
Scan, name, and upload digital copies of Titles into a database.
Report and reconcile Title discrepancies.
Organize Titles received and log/track status in a MS Excel spreadsheet.
Maintain filing supplies kanban system for visual process control.
Follow work instructions as documented and report any errors or discrepancies.
Assist with requesting replacement Titles as necessary.
Participate in meetings to give progress reports and updates on Title activities.
Learn and comply with company internal auditing policies and best practices.
Special Projects Include:
Participate in dashboard creation for reporting and summarizing Title activities.
Record videos to update processes and work instructions, as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Self-starter with ability to follow directions and take ownership of work.
Experience working with large data sets in MS Excel.
Working knowledge of databases and document repository systems.
Dependable work ethic with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.
Comfortable switching between tactile and digital work.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to remain focused and not easily get
distracted.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that can sometimes be
ambiguous.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
Capable of working in front of a computer for extended periods.
Job Requirements
3+ years of customer service or support experience.
3+ years of filing clerk and/or records management experience.
Experience with and working knowledge of Motor Vehicle titles is preferred.
Experience with and working knowledge of participating in audits is preferred.
2+ years of experience with MS Teams which includes scheduling, participating
in, and recording meetings.
Intermediate to advanced level in MS Excel.
Beginner to intermediate level in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
