Position Summary

Defines the reason for the role. Each role should contribute to the strategic intent of the larger organization ? generally 1 to 2 sentences.

Responsible for document scanning for Corporate Disbursements department, mail distribution, HOST vendor set-up and other miscellaneous duties.

Major Responsibilities:

Scan Corporate Disbursements? documents into OnBase

Set up HOST AP vendors

Distribute department mail

Assist Corporate Disbursements colleagues with miscellaneous duties.

Education & Experience:

High School Graduate/Equivalent Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
