JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Food Nutrition Supervisor for our client in Bowling Green, KY! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.00/Hour 5am to 3pm, 9am to 5:30pm and 6:30am to 3pm. Every other weekend and every other holiday required. Responsibilities Completes work within acceptable time limits. Demonstrates the ability to set priorities. Able to perform several tasks simultaneously during peak workload situations. Ensures accuracy and completeness of work performed. Maintains a clean organized work area. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to protect self and others from exposure to chemical and infectious hazards. Job Specific Functions Prepares food per recipe specifications for daily use on the patient line, retail areas, doctor?s lounge, or for catered events. Reads production sheets and forecasts production needs for the patient line, retail areas, doctor?s lounge, or for catered events. Stocks food items on the patient line, retail areas, doctor?s lounge or for catered events. Performs assigned cleaning by supervisors and must be skilled in equipment operations. COMMUNICATION / CUSTOMER SERVICE Strives for customer satisfaction. Displays courteous behavior to customers, guests, and co-worker. Must smile, make eye contact, and use AIDET principles when interfacing with patients. Listens to constructive criticism in a productive manner. Responds to supervisor's requests for information and assistance in a courteous manner and within required timeframe. Education & Experience: High School Degree Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience 1 year cooking experience Licenses, Certifications, & Training: Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge of PATIENT SAFETY science principles, theory, methods, standards and regulatory requirements and experience with patient safety analysis techniques (methods), including root cause analysis, cause and effect analysis, and failure mode and effect analysis. Knowledge of HACCP guidelines when assembling and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety of food supply. Ability to USE DATABASE SOFTWARE to enter, retrieve, sort, and filter information as necessary for reporting or report generation | |
