Job title: Forklift Operator Location: Palmetto, GA Pay: $18.75 Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM or 4 PM - 12:30 AM ( Monday - Friday ) We are seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our modern warehouse facility. Role Responsibilities: - Load and unload vehicles, ensuring proper load securing procedures are followed. - Receive and inspect incoming and outgoing goods. - Utilize scanning technology for the storage, retrieval, and transfer of goods using industrial trucks. - Assist in the storage of palletized goods within the grading area of returns processing. - Prepare goods according to order requirements. - Record and report any complaints or discrepancies. - Participate in inventory counts. - Perform general warehouse activities to support daily operations. Qualifications: - Previous training as a warehouse logistics specialist is advantageous. - Experience in operating forklifts and telescopic forklifts for storing and retrieving goods. - Experience with loading high racks is a plus. - Possession of a valid forklift driver's license is required. - Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule. - Strong commitment, teamwork, reliability, physical resilience, and ability to work under pressure. | |
