Weekly Pay! $27.58/Hour Shift: Nights, 19:00-07:00 Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 Assignment Length: 13-26 weeks Required Licensure: Current CNA License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) Required Certifications: BLS or CPR from AHA only Required Experience: 1 year in an acute care hospital Must be willing to float when needed MUST BE FULLY COVID AND FLU VACCINATED TO BE SUBMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS General Comments Call Requirements- None Float Requirements- To other MedSurg Units Patient Ratios: varies. Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:7. We do not guarantee ratios. Careful consideration is given depending on the circumstances. Equipment- Tele, Lift equipment, IV pumps, tube feeding pumps EMR-EPIC Must Have Skills/Experience- MedSurg, Tele, BLS Scrub Color ? Black Any unacceptable attire - Anything but black scrubs Number of beds: 32 Type of Patients on Unit: Neuro, Med, Med tele Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patient?s highest level of wellness. Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals. Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to providing care to the patient. | |
